The second level of the Aquarian Age has been manifested in Barack Obama's election, worldwide. He showed up and the people wanted him.
Our hope is that this second level reflects the window of consciousness we experienced in the sixties. We rode the crest of a wave that changed the world and today the quantum leap that began in the sixties is set to be taken to the next level.
